Welcome to Hope Lutheran Church

Hope Lutheran Church is a community envisioning the future, including YOU!

  • Vision: Connecting Life and Faith
  • Mission: We welcome all to discover God at work in the world

In all we do and are, we seek to connect life and faith, so that lives are transformed with the grace of God. Our core values guide this transformation:

  • Jesus is Savior and Lord
  • Taking Life-Giving Risks for the Sake of the Gospel
  • Deepening Discipleship for All Ages
  • Radical Hospitality for One Another and the World
  • Living Generously

If you are seeking to experience God and find yourself suspicious of organized religion, we hope you find room to explore and live your questions in community. If you were born and raised in a faith community, we welcome you at whatever point you find yourself in the journey of faith, whether that means intimately connected to a faith community all along or having drifted away for various reasons.

Hope Lutheran exists not only for the sake of the people who already gather regularly, but for the people whom we have yet to meet. We are eager to help families pass on the faith to their children by offering, for example, a Faith Stepping Stones ministry from birth through the high school years that gives families the experience and tools to grow together in relationship with Jesus Christ.

Come and discover God at work in the world for the sake of love!

FESTIVAL OF HYMNS JANUARY 22  8:30

"When in our Music God is Glorified"

Here's a chance to experience an event that hasn't been scheduled by Hope for many years:

a "Festival of Hymns."  If  you enjoy singing hymns, or enjoy hearing hymns sung and

played, this service promises to provide song in plentitude: hymns, psalms stressing song,

choir, harp, and organ performance [all based on hymn tunes] a three-part round (canon),

with lots and lots of congregational participation.  Following the service an adult forum, focused on the music of the just completed service, will take place at 10 a.m. in Fireside Room A.
