Hope Lutheran Educational Scholarships

Scholarship Announcement

The Hope Lutheran Education Committee wishes to announce the availability of academic scholarships for the 2010/20111 school year.  Application forms and instructions can be found on the Hope Lutheran Church website at www.hopebozeman.com , or may be picked up in the Hope Lutheran Church Office.  Applications must be completed and returned by March 12, 2010.

Criteria to be considered by the Education Committee in awarding these scholarships will include:

• Service to the church and community.
• Academic performance and participation in school activities.
• Evidence of Christian leadership potential.
  
  

Eligibility is limited to Hope Lutheran church members graduating from high school on or before June 2010, and planning to continue their education during the academic year 2010/2011, as well as members who are continuing their higher education. Applicants may be asked to participate in a personal interview during March 2010. Awards will be announced by March 31, 2010.  Applicants receiving awards must be attending the school of their choice within 6 months after the funds are granted.
